Hole 14
A long and demanding straightaway hole, the tee shot requires a well-struck drive down the right side of the fairway to avoid the tall, thick trees on the left. The fairway is fairly generous, but being in the short cut is crucial for setting up your second shot.
Shorter hitters will need to choose their lay-up carefully to avoid a deep bunker short and right of the green. When going for the green in two, club selection is vital—the large slope and false front can be very deceiving.
The green itself is small for such a long hole and guarded by a deep bunker on the left. Once on the putting surface, the challenge only increases. The green slopes severely from back to front and right to left. Leaving yourself below the hole is an absolute must, as any ball coming down the hill will simply not stop.
